Upgrading and expansion of RSC 287 Highway Concession

The project refers to the Technical feasibility studies of the upgrading and expansion works on RSC 287 Highway Concession, in Rio Grande do Sul State, begining in the intersection with BRS 386 and finishing at the ERS 509 intersection,  with a total extension of approximately 205 km.

The works include 188,5km of duplication works; 7km of expansion works; 13km of frontage/collector roads; 33 bridges, 4 overpasses; 2 underpasses, 4 grade-separated interchanges; 10 levelled u-turns; 28 roundabouts, 72 accesses and 20 pedestrian bridges. Main Operating infrastructures are composed of 5 toll plazas; 5 users assistance bases (SAU) and 4 weighing stations.

Scope of the services:

Engineering studies of all expansion and improvement works, including:
  - Optimization of duplication and expansion solutions with a view to reducing the number of embankments;
  - Definition of the structural solutions of all special works of art to be enlarged and new;
  - Definition of the layout of all improvement works.
- Calculation of quantities in order to determine the CAPEX and the support to the elaboration of the proposal in the Tender Phase.
