Upgrading and expansion of BR-153 Highway - Transbrasilândia

The project refers to the Technical feasibility studies of the upgrading and expansion works on the BR153 TO/GO (623,86 km), BR414 GO (146,50 km) and BR080 GO (87,20 km)Highways Concession, with a total extension of approximately 903 km.

The work included 630km of duplication works; 52km of expansion works; 87km of frontage/collector roads; 37 bridges, 31 overpasses; 14 underpasses, 36 grade-separated interchanges; 144 levelled u-turns; 6 roundabouts, 15 accesses and 19 pedestrian bridges. Main Operating infrastructures are composed by 9 toll plazas; 19 user assistance bases (SAU) and 2 Stop and Rest Areas.

Scope of the works:

Engineering studies of all expansion and improvement works, including:
  - Optimization of duplication and expansion solutions with a view to reducing the number of embankments;
  - Optimization of the Corumbá highway bypass with a view to reducing the quantities;
  - Definition of the structural solutions of all special works of art to be enlarged and new;
  - Definition of the layout of all improvement works.
- Calculation of quantities in order to determine the CAPEX and the support to the elaboration of the proposal in the Tender Phase.
