- The project consisted in the construction of the new 400/220 kV electric substation in Biskra, creating a new node in the primary electrical distribution network in Algeria. This substation is built in an area of 14 ha and consists of twelve 400 kV and 220 kV feeder bays and three 400/220 kV transformer bays. The plant comprises the 400kV and 220kV switchyard, 3x3 100MVA single-phase transformers, as well as the control building, bay buildings, emergency group, residential buildings and entrance.
- Coordination, management and development of all project phases from design to execution, in particular: Architecture, structures, earthworks, drainage, ventilation - HVAC -, water supply, domestic sewage and rainwater sewerage system.
