The Seixal Baia development consists of a set of Multi-family Housing Buildings to be built on six lots in Quinta do Outeiro, Seixal. Observing the conditions and indices established in the Planning Permit in which it is integrated, the project addresses the requirements of the desired functional programme in an effective and contemporary way. The buildings have 6 floors above ground intended for residential purposes. Below the ground, the half-buried level will include parking, technical and storage areas. The roof will be divided into several private terraces.
The study included:
- Architecture and Landscape Design;
- Structures;
- Electrical Installations and Telecommunications;
- Water and Sewerage;
- Air Conditioning and Ventilation;
- Security;
- Lifts;
- Acoustics and Thermal projects;
- Gas.
Architecture and Engineering Designs were compatibilized in BIM, in a fully integrated manner.
