ACCIONA (AMPER)
- The factory has a gross floor area of 4,500 m2 and is built in one of the plots of the Moura Science Park. This building catalyses synergies and stimulates the entire Moura Industrial Centre. The factory complex consists of three buildings with different functions, working as a single operational unit: Warehouse and production building, administrative building and technical building. As the building is used 24/7, the architectural design was intended to express the inner life of the building. The façades of the administrative building, illuminated by RGB technology, change colours from day to day, varying in colour and light over time, depending on the day or staff shifts.
- Coordination, management and development of all project phases from design to execution, in particular: Infrastructure design of the factory plot and design of architecture, structures, ventilation - HVAC -, water supply, domestic sewage and rainwater sewerage system, electrical installations and safety.
